Right lads, for a while I've been thinking about the team and all the gear and the weapons that you have to get that can be quite expensive and hard to find ( dpm vests ect...) so I looked for a unit in the british army that could be flexible in the choice of their gear and armement. In the end I found a special operation team called QRF ( quick reaction force ) whose speciality is search and rescue operations. A couple of pics might help:
Their gear is pretty strat fowards:
Clothing: Any dpm ACU will do.

Other: Belt gear is obligatory though, wich is quite positive because it gives a cool look to your gear:

Weapons: A brialliant factor about the QRF is that they can choose their own guns like M4s and also their pistols, so all pistols and aegs are accepted ( m4s ad mp5 are prefered of course).
Another positive fact about re-anacting the QRFs gear is that you don't need a big budjet to buy the gear, and also it's very flexible
